McGraw Hill files for public offering

Educational publisher McGraw Hill has filed a prospectus with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to go public, reported Publishers Weekly yesterday. According to Publishers Weekly, the initial share price is expected to be between US$19 and $22 per share, leading to a potential valuation of approximately US$4 billion (A$6.1 billion)....
