This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for all aspects of store operations — from managing staff and ensuring outstanding customer experiences, to overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, and store events. You will play a key role in shaping the store’s identity within the community, achieving sales targets, and fostering a love of reading.
