Reporting to the Children’s Publishing Director, you’ll manage titles from manuscript to print, contribute to key projects, and support our growing, acclaimed list.

Strong editorial skills, attention to detail, and experience with editorial processes are essential. Passion for children’s books and excellent communication, project management, and organisational abilities are key.

This full-time permanent role offers flexible working (Melbourne-based) and a chance to shape a thriving children’s and YA list at a leading global publisher.
