Willy Lit Fest Organising Committee is seeking an energetic and creative Program Director to design and manage its annual celebration of books and writing – 12–14 June 2026. A unique festival in a glorious maritime setting and a cultural centrepiece of Melbourne’s West. Applicants should have a sound knowledge of the book industry, experience of event management and voluntary committees, strong interpersonal skills, and an affinity with the local community.
