Mudgee Readers’ Festival is seeking a General Manager / Creative Director to lead the delivery of its annual literary festival, held on the third weekend of August.

This contract role works closely with a volunteer committee within a registered charity framework. The position is responsible for programming, funding acquisition, sponsorship, and festival delivery, as well as attending monthly meetings.

Remuneration is contingent on funding secured and scope of work undertaken. Ideal candidates will have experience in arts programming and events, strong organisational skills & connections within the literary industry.
