Dozer, Nagi Maehashi’s beloved dog, died earlier this month. Dozer was the cover boy of Australia’s all-time bestselling cookbooks: RecipeTin Eats: Dinner and RecipeTin Eats: Tonight. He was the star of the children’s book Row, Row, Row Your Boat with Monsters (by Adam Simpson & Gypsy Taylor), with profits going to the charity One Meal.
Those of us from Pan Macmillan who worked with Dozer knew him as a golden, furry, funny, oversized ball of love. He will be missed on recipe shoots, in book-signing lines, at meetings and, of course, in his many media appearances.
Our hearts go out to Nagi, her family and her team.
