Affirm Press Distribution Change (AU & NZ)

Effective 27 June 2026, all Affirm Press and Affirm Press distribution client titles will be distributed by Harper Entertainment Distribution Services (HEDS) in Australia and New Zealand.

Titles will continue to be sold by Simon & Schuster Australia.

We would like to thank ADS for their support of Affirm Press over the last 9 years.

Orders:

• ADS order cut-off: 1pm AEDT 22 June 2026 (AU); 1pm AEDT 17 June 2026 (NZ). Orders should be directed to HEDS after these cut-offs.
• EDI ordering should be switched to HEDS, SAN 9000453, on 21 June 2026 (AU) or 16 June 2026 (NZ). Please liaise with your POS provider.
• HEDS invoicing commences: 29 June 2026.
• July 2026 new releases will be supplied by HEDS.
• Non-EDI backorders will be transferred from ADS to HEDS on Monday 29 June 2026; S&S reps will contact affected EDI accounts.

Returns:

• HEDS will not accept returns originally invoiced by ADS.
• RA requests due to ADS: COB 28 August 2026.
• Authorised returns physically due back to ADS: COB 30 October 2026.
• Any returns physically received by ADS after this date, or received without an RA, will be rejected and destroyed without credit.
