Sales and product coordinator, Sydney
Phoenix International Publications
Phoenix International has an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is currently in a sales or product support role and wants to take the next step in their career. We are seeking a Sales and Product Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Asia Pacific business. This role offers genuine scope for career development for the right candidate.
Phoenix International is a global publisher of licensed and novelty children’s books, representing leading brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, the BBC, Mattel, Hit Entertainment, and more. Our Sydney-based team works closely with our US head office and plays a key role in driving regional performance.
As we continue to expand and develop new sales channels, we are looking for an additional team member to provide hands-on sales support and manage inventory requirements across key markets. There is scope for this role to develop into key account management responsibilities.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will support day-to-day commercial activities assisting the Sales department, with a particular focus on Amazon and new accounts. Working in collaboration with the sales team, this role will also be responsible for the management of all aspects of our stock profile from determining optimum stock to meet sales needs, raising stock orders, through to tracking shipping.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales or product support within the publishing industry. Managing metadata, and the ability to work with and improve sales systems and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving marketplace.
