Readings is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance function. The role covers accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and internal governance, along with compliance across BAS, GST, payroll and ATO obligations.

The successful candidate will manage cash flow, support shop managers to understand their own budgets, and liaise with external accountants, auditors and the bank — from shop-level queries through to Board reporting. Candidates should have solid experience running a finance function, a Bachelor’s degree and CPA or CA qualification, and a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Full-time or part-time (4-5 days), based in West Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.
