Login limitations
You have been directed to this page because multiple users may be using your email and password to log in to the Books+Publishing website.
Books+Publishing subscriptions come with a specific number of user logins according to the subscription package you signed up for. For example, single-user subscriptions come with one user login and is intended to allow only one person to log in to the website.
Access for each user has recently been limited to prevent people from sharing login information. Passwords must not be shared with other people. Please keep them private.
New limitations on logins: two devices only
Every subscriber’s login is restricted in two ways:
- Subscribers can only log in to one browser or device at a time. Once a subscriber logs in to the Books+Publishing website, all other browser sessions—where the subscriber has previously logged in—are then logged out.
- Subscribers may log in to two different devices or browsers in a 24-hour period. This allows subscribers to log in using different browsers, which is usually one browser on their computer and one browser on their phone. The second device might also refer to a different browser on the same computer, which may be useful when an email program re-directs the subscriber to a secondary browser that they don’t normally use each day. But the first rule still applies: log in to one device and the other device will be logged out.
Increase the amount of user logins with a multi-user subscription
If you require simultaneous access for multiple people in your company, consider purchasing a multi-user subscription. This gives each person their own login for the website.
Multi-user subscription packages come in groups of: 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 150 and 200.
Multi-user subscriptions can be purchased on the subscriptions page.
Subscribers having trouble with their subscription can email subscriptions@booksandpublishing.com.au
