RiP Phyllis Cerf Wagner

American writer, publisher and Dr Seuss-collaborator Phyllis Cerf Wagner has died at the age of 95. Wagner co-founded the Random House imprint Beginner Books with Dr Seuss and his wife, collaborating on a series of learning-to-read books including The Cat in the Hat Comes Back and Green Eggs and Ham.
