Science-fiction author Philip José Farmer has died, aged 91. Farmer is best known for his ‘Riverworld' series including To Your Scattered Bodies Go, The Fabulous Riverboat, The Dark Design, The Magic Labyrinth and Gods of Riverworld and the ‘World of Tiers' series.
