Hello, and welcome to Bookseller+Publisher’s first Daily. You’re reading this because you’re lucky enough to have been carefully selected as a guinea pig reader as we finally take this daily newsletter idea for a spin.

With the Daily, we plan to bring you the latest local news each morning, as well as a round-up of interesting developments overseas. This is not a replacement for our Weekly Book Newsletter – our Wednesday publication will still contain all the juicy classified and job ads, notices and staff moves, as well as all the important news of the week in one place. But the Daily will bring you breaking news faster.

As this is a trial, there may be hiccups. There may also be things you’d like to see change. Tell us!
