Jordon resigns from Collins Booksellers

Daniel Jordon has resigned as CEO of Collins Booksellers.

Collins Booksellers said in a statement this week that Jordon has left the company to take up a position with the Howards Storage World Franchise Group. Jordon joined Collins in the role of managing director in 2008, having previously worked for the ABC’s retail division.

The company said that Collins Booksellers chairman Duncan Johnston and chief financial officer Will Smith will cover Jordon’s role in the short term. Johnston thanked Jordon in the statement and wished him well for the future on behalf of the Collins staff and franchisees.
