ALIA board election results announced

The results of the Australian Library and Information (ALIA) 2015 board election have been announced.

Fiona Emberton and Ghylene Palmer have been elected as directors and will take up their two-year positions following the annual general meeting on 20 May. Emberton and Palmer will join current board members Beatriz Aroche, Marian Morgan-Bindon and Aileen Weir. 

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, John Shipp moves into the role of president and Patricia Genat takes on the role of vice-president following the annual general meeting.
