ALIA Information Online conference 2017 draft program released

The Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) has released the draft program for its 2017 Information Online conference, which runs from 13-17 February in Sydney.

The keynote speakers confirmed for the event include City of Aarhus director of citizen’s services and libraries Rolf Hapel; Columbia University librarian emeritus James Neal; author Patricia McMillan; Australian Centre for the Moving Image chief experience officer Sebastian Chan; and the State Library of Wales’ ‘DX Lab Leader’ Paula Bray.

The event includes pre-conference workshops over one day, the conference and exhibition spanning three days, and library tours over one day, with more than 80 speakers at more than 25 sessions, and more than 80 exhibitors.
