Dalla Rosa shortlisted for 2019 Sunday Times Audible Short Story Award
Australian writer Paul Dalla Rosa has been shortlisted for the £30,000 (A$54,500) Sunday Times Audible Short Story Award.
Dalla Rosa is shortlisted for his story ‘Comme’, originally published in Granta 144: genericlovestory. He is currently completing a PhD at RMIT University studying the ‘real’ within contemporary autofiction and is working on his debut short story collection.
As previously reported by Books+Publishing, Dalla Rosa and Paddy O’Reilly were longlisted for the award in June.
The award is the world’s richest prize for an English-language single short story. The winner will be announced on 12 September.
