Hachette Australia announces “Belonging and Storytelling” event
Hachette Australia, Australian Publishers Association (APA), Media Diversity Australia (MDA) and Diversity Arts Australia (DARTS) have partnered to present “Belonging and Storytelling: Diversity in Publishing”.
A dedicated space for First Nations, Bla(c)k, culturally and racially marginalised (CaRM), migrant, and refugee professionals working in publishing, the panel aims “to foster meaningful discussions, shared experiences, and a sense of community within the Australian publishing industry”.
Allies are welcome, though event organisers request “they are mindful of the space they are in and come as respectful observers”.
More information about attending the event is available on Hachette’s LinkedIn.
