We are searching for an entrepreneurial, determined and creative leader of the LIB social enterprise to:

• operate a successful retail operation online, growing revenues and expanding revenue channels
• source and offer multilingual literature from around the world
• connect authors with audiences, and attract new audiences, in collaboration with Literary Programs Producer
• strengthen our key stakeholders in the books and publishing sector.

Essential Attributes, Skills & Experience

• demonstrated success in bookselling operations, including exceeding sales targets
• experience in buying and selling books and financial performance
• established relationships in the books and publishing industry
• confidence in conducting commercial negotiations and developing partnerships.
