Booked Out Speakers Agency is looking for a Booking Coordinator to handle speaker bookings 4 days per week.

The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for arranging public speaking engagements for a diverse range of clients and speakers, including authors, illustrators, motivational speakers and specialist educators.

The position is based at our Fitzroy office starting from Monday 30th of March, 2026.
