ACCC ‘aware’ of international developments in ebook pricing investigations

A spokesperson for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has told Bookseller+Publisher that the commission is ‘aware of the developments in other jurisdictions concerning ebooks publishing and pricing’, in response to news articles suggesting that the ACCC is investigating ‘possible price-fixing’ in the local market.
