Kneen’s book banned by Apple iBookstore

Apple has removed Krissy Kneen’s erotic fiction novel Triptych (Text) from the iBookstore. Kneen told Bookseller+Publisher that Text received an email from iBookstore Publisher Support informing the publisher that the book 'has been ticketed for having prohibited explicit or objectionable content'.
