Senior campaign executive, Sydney

Are you an experienced book marketer? Are you passionate about developing creative, omni-channel marketing campaigns that delight readers everywhere?

Hachette Australia is seeking a senior campaign executive to devise and implement integrated marketing campaigns covering consumer, digital and retail initiatives for high-profile author brands, with the overall aim of growing author sales and increasing market share.

Duties include:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns for select local and international brand titles on time and to budget
  • Use consumer insights to identify, develop and drive long-term growth opportunities
  • Represent the outputs of the marketing department to the wider business and supply reports, plans and budget analysis
  • Development and growth of community-centric digital platforms, including website, eDMs, and relevant social media platforms
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Hachette Australia and Hachette UK to ensure the success of campaigns
  • Enjoy working as part of a creative team and actively contribute to seasonal campaigns and partnerships.

The ideal applicant has a proven passion for books and thrives working in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Experience in delivering effective marketing campaigns for books, films or TV essential, with qualifications or relevant experience in marketing, communications or publishing highly valued.
