We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and energised sales coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. If you’re working in a similar role within publishing or have experience on the retail side with a desire to work for a vibrant, inclusive and growing trade publisher, then we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the director, sales and marketing within our trade team, the sales coordinator/inside sales account manager is a hybrid position that will provide administrative support to the sales team as well as take ownership of a territory, driving the sales of Wiley products and working to achieve revenue goals.
How you will make an impact
- Join a dynamic, cross-functional team where you’ll collaborate to drive success and support an energetic sales team.
- Master the art of multitasking as you juggle priorities, keep data on point, and be the go-to person for solving sales challenges.
- Be the friendly face (or voice!) that communicates with customers, helping them with all their sales enquiries.
- Take charge and build awesome relationships with some of our most important sales accounts.
- Crush your goals by managing current accounts while hunting down new opportunities to help the team towards their targets.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled with the use of technology and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage sales and administration responsibilities.
- Ability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
