Product analyst (TitlePage), Sydney

Australian Publishers Association

The Australian Publishers Association (APA) is seeking a Product Analyst to support and help shape the development of our industry’s supply chain service, TitlePage. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of publishing, data, and digital services – perfect for someone who loves systems thinking and making things better for end users.

Our job – but also our passion – is to make business easier for the people who publish and sell books in Australia and New Zealand. TitlePage is a core part of that. Twenty years on, it remains an essential element of the book supply chain hosting 1.5 million titles, used daily by more than 2000 booksellers and libraries. This is an exciting time to join the team: we’re midway through a significant upgrade, and the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in a successful upgrade and continued future developments.

We’re open to a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels, which is reflected in the salary range. You’ll be joining a busy team of ten, working closely with the Head of Product and the TitlePage Support Coordinator. The APA supports flexible working arrangements, and we value mutual flexibility. Whilst full-time is preferred, it is negotiable, depending on the candidate’s experience. This is not a fully remote role with time in the Ultimo office a requirement.

Please email your application to cat.colwell@publishers.asn.au by 25 July 2025. Early applications may be considered prior to the end date.
