Hachette Australia has an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing editorial team as an Editor on a full-time twelve-month parental leave cover, based in our Sydney CBD office.

The Editor will report to the Editorial Manager and will be responsible for project editing illustrated children’s titles as well as adult fiction and non-fiction, producing all books to the highest standard, on time and within budget. The role will suit an enthusiastic and engaged team player who is keen to contribute to editorial discussions and process improvements and be a confident ambassador for Hachette and our authors.
