Shop manager, Melbourne

We’re looking for someone to run our beautiful Doncaster shop – taking responsibility for sales and profit performance, team leadership and development, budget management, community relationships, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll need bookselling experience, 2-3 years retail management with proven financial results, strong people leadership capability (bringing teams together, creating shared purpose), and genuine understanding of what independent bookselling represents. Shopping centre experience advantageous but not essential.
