HarperCollins NZ recalls ‘Place Names of New Zealand’

HarperCollins New Zealand has recalled Place Names of New Zealand by John Lockyer because of ‘copyright concerns’, reports Booksellers New Zealand. A statement from the publisher advised bookstores to remove the title from sale and return to the publisher for a full credit.
