Booked Out Speakers Agency is looking for a booking coordinator to handle speaker bookings four days per week.

The booking coordinator will be responsible for arranging public speaking engagements at schools and libraries for a diverse range of speakers, including children’s and YA authors, illustrators, motivational speakers and specialist educators.

The position is based in our Fitzroy office with a January start date (availability in December for a one- or two-day introduction to our team and office is desirable).
